Journal entry 5

Finally!! after a long journey through hardship comes ease. I am now in a “utopian state”. I have freedom of speech, privacy, and overall peace. Now that there is a less chance of my capture, i can peacefully settle here. I am one of only three others in my group who are going to the utopian country.

There are so many escaped people like me coming into a utopian country. They are all desperate for freedom, and exhausted from their journey. And the only one that always says yes and helps them to escape is escape railway. He is truly fearless. He has made a lot of sacrifices to help people like me get out of a dystopian country to a utopian country. So I hope that the dystopian country gets destroyed and freedom perishes.

Journal entry 4

Today i have decided to go go to the "escape railway". Although I am at a constant risk, I try to remain positive and take a risk, because sometimes taking a risk is the right choice. Things have been rough and rigorous for me for the last couple of days. The weather is cold and foggy, which is good for our travels, but not for our body’s. Many of the helpers of escape railway have fallen sick, because we do not have the proper clothing for this weather. our leader says at our next station, we will be given warmer clothing, and that the illness will fade. Right now, we are wearing a costume. We have been told that these costumes will ensure that the government officials will not find us. The government have probably reported us missing, and has given a description and reward, for our capture. But since we are disguised, we will be practically invisible to them. The journey has been hard so far, my bones are aching and my feet are sore from running. This has not been easy, but it will be all worth it once I get out of here.

Journal entry 3

After talking to the man again in a place where you are not recorded, he told me some tricks to escape. he helped me make a plan. He told me something he never knew until after he got beat up. He said there is a person called "escape railway", he also has a group with him who help him. He is said to be the person to travel with, when going to your freedom. So I will sneak out and run for as long as I can, until I reach the place where the escape railway and his other “passengers” will be meeting me. I feel like this is the only chance to get out of here. But the only thing I`m scared of is that if i get caught, i will get the man and myself in trouble. This will be one of the riskiest parts of my life. I do not know if I am prepared, but I must go. This is my only chance.

Journey entry 2

I have been thinking a lot since my talk with the the beaten man. I am worried about my future, I will be caught, and get a severe beating just like that man. so I need to plan out something before I make my final decision. I have been hearing rumors of something called The Escape Railway. It is supposed to be an organization of people, that helps people like me to get to freedom. I can`t tolerate this hatred supporter country whee there is no privacy. I will not stay here and tolerate this. I am going to be free.

Journal entry 1

My name is Ahmad and I have been one week in the Dystopian state. This week for a fact was one of the most rough, bizarre, unacceptable week of my life. it was like I was living in a prison. The only thing I have on my mind is when is my departure from this awful place will be. I was running around everywhere asking people how to escape. Every time I would ask someone for help, they would be so scared to answer because if they say anything wrong, they know the consequences. but there was one man who looked beaten up, so i asked him what happened? He said I tried to find a way to escape, and the government officials caught me, hanged me, and abused me roughly. After I heard that, i said to myself, how will i ever leave this place?
